Do you charge for a quote?
No. We'll come out, get up on the roof, photograph the problem and give you a written price. There's no fee and no obligation to book us.
Does it need a repair or a full re-roof?
Most leaks turn out to be a repair rather than a replacement. Either way you should be shown the photographs the answer is based on.
How do I check a roofer is insured?
Ask for the public liability certificate before anyone goes up a ladder. Anyone worth using sends it over without being asked twice.
How quickly should a roof leak be looked at?
Water gets into a ceiling long before it shows on one. Get storm damage made safe straight away, and book the permanent repair once someone has actually seen it.
